Rs 3.83 reduced in Electricity prices for K-Electric
Implementation of reduction in tariff will be not applied on the users consuming 300 units per unit
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Hearing of the case regarding reduction of electricity prices for the month of March with respect to monthly fuel adjustment for K-electric was held in National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) Headquarters on Tuesday, reported Dunya News.
The implementation of reduction in tariff will be not applied on the users consuming 300 units per unit.
On the other hand, NEPRA has been informed by K-Electric that Rs 420 million are save when electricity is produced by local resources while out sourcing the resources costs expensive electricity worth Rs 370 million.
