Psychiatrist declares Dr. Asim mentally incapacitated
Declaring Dr. Asim as psychiatric patient, the psychiatrist said that he wanted to commit suicide
KARACHI: (Dunya News) – Checking Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Dr. Asim Hussain on the orders of the accountability court, Professor Haroon Ahmad declared him mentally incapacitated. He said that Dr. Asim even had given committing suicide a thought, reported Dunya News.
According to the report, the psychiatrist also recommended shifting Dr. Asim to hospital. The report has been handed to the judge of the accountability court, as well as National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
Dr. Asim will be presented before the court tomorrow upon completion of the remand.
