Three terrorists killed in CTD operation in Sheikhupura
At least three militants were killed in Aicerke area of Sheikhupura during CTD operation on Friday.
SHEIKHUPURA (Dunya News) – According to details, Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) conducted an operation in Aicerke area of Sheikhupura on a tip-off that terrorists were present in the area. The militants opened fire at the raiding party. The CTD personnel returned the fire in which three terrorists were killed while two of their accomplices managed to escape.
The identity of the dead terrorists is not yet known. Police sources said that the militants were planning terrorist activities in Lahore and Sheikhupura. A large quantity of explosives, hand grenades and kalashnikoves were recovered from the dead militants.
