Three accused in robbery, kidnapping cases escape from SC Lahore Registry

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Three suspects who are facing charges of robbery and kidnapping have escaped from the Supreme Court Lahore Registry after their interim bails were rejected on Tuesday.

A three-member bench headed by Justice Ejaz Chaudhry heard the case.

During case proceeding, suspects Azam, Javed and Ansar told court that Bhakkar police have filed false charges against them and the police have no evidence regarding their involvement in the cases.

The suspects requested the court to approve their interim bails.

Meanwhile, the investigation office informed court that the accused have been nominated in different cases of kidnapping and robbery.

The suspects easily managed to flee from the courtroom as the bench rejected their interim-bails.
