Uncivilized language for army deserves legal action: Pervaiz Rashid
Altaf Hussain should abide by law in Pakistan the way he does that in UK, says Info minister
KARACHI: (Dunya News) – Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Senator Pervaiz Rashid has on Saturday said that uncivilized language used by Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain for armed forces deserved legal action under in accordance with the constitution, reported Dunya News.
Talking to media on the airport, Information Minister said that Altaf Hussain should abide by the law in Pakistan just like he abides by it in United Kingdom.
Responding to a question about judicial commission, Pervaiz Rashid said that judicial commission’s proceedings were underway and decision could be in any side’s favor. He said that he wouldn’t be able to say much about the commission.
Pervaiz Rashid said that the government wants freedom of press but the freedom should be used in accordance with the constitution.
