Political rivals have no rigging proofs: Saad Rafique
Railways Minister said that none of the votes checked so far has been found as bogus or fake
LAHORE: (Dunya News) – Federal Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique has on Monday said that his political opponents had no proofs of rigging against him. He said that the rivals could not present even a single proof while none of the votes checked so far was found to be bogus. He said that Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan should get a bit pacified after marriage, Dunya News reported.
Appearing before the NA-125 Election Tribunal, Saad Rafique first refused to swear upon God but when he was told by the tribunal that it was must for him to swear under the rules of the tribunal, Saad Rafique took the oath.
Talking to media after the hearing, Railways Minister said that Imran Khan knew only a few things and kept talking about those. He said that Imran Khan and his aides were the stooges of the establishment then.
Saad said that the actions of former interim chief minister of Punajb Najam Sethi had hurt Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) the most. He said that Imran Khan had done nothing to win him so many votes.
