Info Minister says Pakistanis will be rescued soon; Pakistan will defend Saudi Arabia's sovereignty
ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) – Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Senator Pervaiz Rashid has said that the Pakistanis stranded in Yemen will be rescued as soon as possible. He said that Pakistan will defend the sovereignty of Saudi Arabia.
Talking to media, Pervaiz Rashid said that rescuing the Pakistanis stranded in Yemen is government’s first priority at the moment. He said that the government was taking measures in this regard. He said that Pakistan will play its role in case Saudi Arabia’s sovereignty gets threatened.
Pervaiz Rashid assured that Pakistanis will soon be shifted from war-hit areas.
Commenting on Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan’s allegedly leaked audio tape, Information Minister said that the tape proved that the people he was protesting against in broad daylight were the ones he was requesting for help.
