Info Minister said that Chairman PTI would forget the people of Azad Kashmir after election

ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) – Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Senator Pervaiz Rashid has said that Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan is trying to make a ‘new party’ by recycling the political turncoats. He said that Imran would forget the people of Azad Kashmir once the elections are held, reported Dunya News.

In a statement on Sunday, Pervaiz Rashid said that none of PTI senate candidates belonged to the middle-class. He said that PTI candidates included billionaires and members of higher bureaucracy. He alleged that one of the tickets was awarded in Azad Kashmir to bribe the bureaucracy. “People who used to cry about honesty have exposed themselves while awarding senate tickets”, he added.

Pervaiz Rashid said that the Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) awarded the tickets to party workers on the basis of their struggle, ability and competence.

PML-N leader said that the 2013 elections were free and fair according to European Union (EU) observers. “According to Michael Gormes, no rigging took place in 2013 elections”, he said.

“Imran Khan has decided to make party in Gilgit Baltistan (GB) and Azad Kashmir now. He forgot the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhawa (KP) after getting their votes. He will also forget the people of Azad Kashmir and GB after getting their votes”, Pervaiz Rashid said.
