PML-N wants clash between army and political parties: Sharjeel Memon

KARACHI (Dunya News) – Sindh minister for Information and Municipalities Sharjeel Memon whilst addressing a press conference stated that Pakistan Muslim League- Nawaz (PML-N) is conspiring to create a rift between the army and political parties.
Memon said that PML-N does not have the substance for political tolerance whereas the violence perpetrated upon the workers of Tahir-ul-Qadri’s party in Lahore is unprecedented in history.


Memon further commented that former chief justice Pakistan (CJP) Ifthikhar Chaudhry may be PML-N’s hero but not ours as a nation, adding that former CJP was a staunch supporter of the ruling party.


Sindh Information minister while commenting upon the Karachi situation said that a water distribution committee has been formulated to oversee the allocation of water in the city, adding that the committee will be able to prosecute illegal hydrants.


Sharjeel Memon furthermore said that orders have been issued to fire employees who have been absent from duty, adding that orders have been issued to eliminate illegal extensions to the drains of Machar and Manzoor colony, however, this operation should not fabricated into a political issue.
