Quetta: Violence claims 4 more lives

At least four more people were killed in the recent wave of violence in Quetta.

 

Violence and target killing continues in Quetta as four more people were gunned down in the provincial capital on Wednesday.

 

According to details, some unidentified gunmen opened fire and shot dead Police Inspector Kamran in Ghairabad area of the Samungli Road.

 

In the second incident, some miscreants riding on motorcycle shot dead a youth named Abdul Aziz ner Eastern By-Pass. The deceased was nephew of BNP-Mengal leader Habib Jalib.

 

In yet another incident of target killing, a prayer leader and head of Madrisa Anwar-ul-Ulum, Amir Bakhsh, was gunned down near Gahi Khan Chowk on Saryab Road.

 

Meanwhile, police during a raid in Satellite Town area recovered arms and ammunition from a vacant plot including two bombs, dozens of detonators, five Kalashnikovs, five pistols and other explosive material.
