Supreme Court will resume hearing Dr Arslan Iftikhar and business tycoon Malik Riaz case today. The court has issued the notices to secretary interior Khawaja Siddique Akbar for hearing.
Two-member bench of Supreme Court comprising Justice Javad S Khawaja and Justice Khilgi Arif Hussain would hear the case.
It is worth mentioning here that Malik Riaz counsel Zahid Bukhari had filed an application on Saturday to form a larger bench to hear the case which was rejected.

Earlier, on Wednesday Dunya News aired Shoaid Suddle report. The one-member Shoaib Suddle Commission probing Dr Arsalan Iftikhar and Malik Riaz case has submitted its interim report to the Supreme Court.
The commission, headed by Shoaib Suddle, alleged that former chief of Bahria Town Malik Riaz was involved in tax evasion of Rs 120 billion while Arsalan Iftikhar, the son of chief justice of Pakistan, was involved in tax evasion of Rs 50.13 million.
