Combating terror attacks: Local govt directs to install CCTV cameras in Quetta buses

QUETTA (Dunya News) – In a wake of increasing terror attacks and vandalism incidents, the local authorities have directed to install CCTV cameras in buses in Quetta.
According to details, more than 600 transport buses are running on the roads in the metropolis.
The regional transport authority has been ordered by the district government to ensure installation of CCTV cameras in buses within 15 days.
The drivers said that setting up cameras inside the buses would create problems for the passengers while the locals appreciated the decision.
On the other hand, the officials have assured to take stern action against the violators.
