A woman who had been missing since being kidnapped 18 years ago at age 11 has appeared at a California police station in good condition, police has said. Jaycee Lee Dugard walked by herself into the Concord, California police station and said she was the missing girl. Two people were reported to be in custody. 1991 kidnap victim Jaycee Dugard has been located in good health in the greater Bay Area of California, the El Dorado county sheriffs office said in a statement. Dugard was 11 when she was last seen by her stepfather outside her home in South Lake Tahoe climbing into a car. Two persons including a woman have been arrested under charges of kidnapping Jaycee.
