YouTube likely to introduce video playback speed controls in mobile app
The controls are only available in the desktop version.
LAHORE (Daily Dunya) – Video playback speed controls are considered as the best feature in YouTube’s desktop version as they allow the users to adjust the speed at which the videos play.
The feature can slow down the video till 0.5x, 0.25x or 0.75x to hear out each single word clearly and can be fasten till 1.5x, 1.25x or 2x to groove with the music.
The controls are only available in the desktop version but now the world’s top video site is considering introducing a similar feature in their mobile apps.
If YouTube does implement such a feature, however, it would probably be as much fun on mobile devices as it is on desktops.
