Secretary hockey federation announced that an action would be taken against Imran Butt for outburst
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Goalkeeper of Pakistan Hockey Team Imran Butt said on Tuesday that head coach Khawaja Junaid is damaging the national sport, reported Dunya News.
Imran Butt said in a video message that Khawaja Junaid was mentally torturing the players and accused him of helping other countries in making Pakistan lose matches.
He revealed that many players were angry with Junaid due to his behaviour. He also asked for the head coach to be removed from his psot.
Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) rejected his accusations and secretary Shahbaz senior said that Imran Butt was dropped on merit and an action would be taken against him.
