Amir Khan to wear GBP 30,000 shorts in fight against Devon Alexander
The star boxer said that his sole aim from now own is to make his daughter proud.
(Web Desk) – British-Pakistani boxer Amir Khan will reportedly wear a £30,000 worth shorts in a fight versus Devon Alexander in Las Vegas on Saturday night.
According to reports in the British media, Khan will wear 24 carat gold thread woven shorts which is worth somewhere between £20,000 to 30,000.
The star boxer said that his sole aim from now own is to make his daughter proud. He said he will deserve to take on Mayweather after he beats Alexander.
The outrageously expensive shorts – as termed by British media – carries genuine gold waist band supporting nappa leather trunks with crocodile trim to go with the Las Vegas theme.
Although the shorts he will be wearing are the most expensive in sporting history, it is as Khan says for the reason to make his daughter proud.
“I want our baby to be able to say one day that her father was a great champion.,” British media Daily Mail quoted Khan as saying.
