Bin Qasim Power Plant to be converted on carbon

An agreement has been signed to convert the Bin Qasim Power Plant from oil to carbon.

According to the Karachi Electric Supply Company’s spokesman, the agreement has been signed with a company of Hong Kong.According to agreement, Bin Qasim Power Plant having capacity to generate 1200 mg would be converted from oil to carbon with the passage of time.In the first phase, the plant of 240 mg would be converted on carbon. It aims at provision of electricity to citizens without any delay and hurdle.
