Air Blue Crash: Defence Ministry submits report in PHC

Ministry of Defence submitted investigation report on Air Blue crash in Peshawar High Court.

During the hearing of the petition filed by Marvi Memon seeking probe into Air Blue tragedy, the Ministry of Defence submitted the investigation report which held pilot responsible for the crash.The court ordered early payment of compensation money to the affectees of the mishap and directed that to complete the process under supervision of a senior judge.The Air Blue tragedy victims’ heirs would be given Rs 0.5 million each from the government whereas Air Blue will give Rs 5.5 million each.The court ordered payment of compensation money within 45 days.
