Hajj scandal: Rao Shakeel could not be indicted

The accused of Haj corruption case Rao Shakeel could be indicted with charge frame.

Thehearing of Anjam Aqeel Fraud case was deferred 11th time due to absence of counsel for the defence. Former minister Hamid Saeed Kazmi’s counsel while arguing in the court of special Judge (central) Rawalpindi said that neither investigation officer Hussain Asghar is appearing nor the accused Rao Shakeel is being presented. He contended that the case in being lingered on by different tactics for two months.At this, the court said that charge frame would be indicted on next hearing. The court also ordered the Investigation Officer Hussain Asghar to complete the inquiry as soon as possible and adjourned the hearing till November 2.On the other hand, the hearing of Anjam Aqeel fraud case was postponed 11th time on the application moved by the defence counsel. Next hearing of said case would be conducted on November 1.
