LHC has accepted a plea seeking N-League MNA Javed Latifs ineligibility.

The petitioner said in the court that Javed Latif’s degree was fake on the basis of which he contested the election. It was also prayed the writ petition had already been filed a few months ago in this regard.The petitioner sought an early decision on it, upon which the Chief Justice assigned the case to Justice Nasir Saeed Sheikh.The court, however, rejected the plea seeking ineligibility of another PML-N MP pervez Malik.
