Fake champions of democracy are slowly exposing themselves: Shibli Faraz
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Syed Shibli Faraz has said that political imposters pretending to be champions of democracy are exposing themselves in front of the nation.
Responding to Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Maryam Nawaz’s interview, he said that we have been saying since day one that neither does she have any thinking nor an ideology, she only cares about her personal interest. People who change their position on a daily basis are not worthy of leading the masses, he added.
Earlier, in a statement Twitter, Shibli Faraz said the meeting between Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and Maryam Nawaz is indicative of their impending defeat in Gilgit-Baltistan elections.
He said these parties will now raise hue and cry of rigging in the elections, as they will accept nothing less than their own victory.
The Information Minister said such meetings cannot brighten the bleak future of the PDM.
