Punjab to present budget without consultation: Awan

Baber Awan said that the PML-N was not taking into confidence the other parties on important issues.

Addressing in Punjab assembly’s cafeteria, Baber Awan said that first time in history, Punjab government would present a budget without other parties’ consultation. He said that the PPP was a symbol of federation and it has roots across the country but the PML-N was the party only representing areas from Rawalpindi to Multan.He stated that it was not clear who would prepare and present the budget in the absence of the finance minister. He maintained that the PPP would not protest during the budget session.
