Islamabad: Security beefed up ahead of Panama case verdict

Entry in the Supreme Court premises would only be allowed through passes.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Authorities in the federal capital Islamabad have made special arrangement for the Supreme Court, which is going to announce Panama case verdict today (Friday).

According to a police spokesman, special contingents of Rangers, Frontier Constabulary and police will be deployed inside and outside the Supreme Court premises for the security purpose.



He also informed that entry in the court premises would only be allowed through passes, which were being issued by the Registrar of the Supreme Court.



Even journalists who regularly cover Supreme Court proceedings will be allowed to enter with passes while no unauthorised person will be allowed to enter the capital’s Red Zone.
