Armed men shot dead doctor in Faisalabad
Some unidentified persons shot dead Dr Mahmood Aleem in Faisalabad on Tuesday.
FAISALABAD (Dunya News) – According to details, some unidentified persons opened fire and critically injured renowned doctor Mahmood Alaeem at the Jail Road in Faisalabad on Tuesday when he was going home from his clinic.
Doctor Mahmood Alaeem was rushed to Allied Hospital where he succumbed to his wounds during treatment. Doctors at the Allied Hospital informed that four bullets hit Prof Dr Mahmood Alaeem.
Meanwhile, various doctors’ associations have gave a strike call and announced that OPDs in all the government hospitals in Faisalabad will remain shut today (Wednesday). However, Emergency Wards will remain open.
