Supreme Court notifies Imran Khan to submit London flat money trail
The top court sent a reminder to PTI Chairman to submit the money trail of London flat
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has been notified by the top court to submit money trail of London apartment.
His counsel Naeem Bukhari had assured Supreme Court to submit the money trail within one week which is about to be completed. The money trail cannot be submitted after the due date.
In the notification, Imran Khan was told about the consequences of not submitting the money trail within time. The apex court registrar told him to submit the money trail as soon as possible.
The court also attached an attested copy of the July 13 order with the notice. Imran’s lawyer had requested Supreme Court to allow some time after which the judge extended the date for money trail submission. The next hearing is due on July 25.
Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Hanif Abbasi had earlier filed a petition against PTI Chairman and demanded a money trail from him.
