National security committee decides to fully defend Jadhav issue in ICJ

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - National security committee, under the supervision of Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif, on Wednesday has decided to fully defend Kulbhushan Jhadav’s death penalty issue in International Court of Justice (ICJ).

Strategies regarding participation in an international conference scheduled on June 6 in Afghanistan were also discussed during the meeting whereas the participants also talked on the issues related to the national security.

Minister for Defence Khawaja Muhammad Asif, Minister for Finance Ishaq Dar, Minister for Interior Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Advisor on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz, Chief of the Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa, Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Muhammad Zakaullah, Chief of Air Staff, Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman and National Security Advisor Lt. Gen. (R) Nasser Khan Janjua and other senior officials attended the meeting.
