The negotiations that started after the arrest of Raymond Davis are deadlocked. Pakistan refuse to give diplomatic immunity to Raymond Davis, negotiations fall out between the two countries.

Pakistani and American newspapers have reported that according to the governments there is a conflict of opinion between the two negotiation parties regarding the arrest of Raymond Davis.American Secretary of State Hilary Clinton has cancelled the meeting with Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi in the upcoming Security conference in Munich. Not only that the joint conference between America, Afghanistan and Pakistan was also cancelled.Newspapers claim that Pakistani Ambassador Husain Haqqani has been called to the White House twice and pressurized to release Raymond Davis on diplomatic immunity.
