LAHORE – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has submitted a resolution against the stay of International Court of Justice in Jadhav’s case in Punjab Assembly, reported Dunya News.

As per details, the Opposition Leader in Punjab Assembly Mian Mehmoodur Rasheed submitted a condemning resolution in the House while maintaining the decision by the ICJ is a clear intervention in Pakistan’s internal matters.

The resolution stated that it is “foolish to accept” the UN court’s jurisdiction in Jadhav’s case.

The resolution maintained that the court’s rejection of Pakistan’s objection to the Indian appeal shows government’s diplomatic weakness regards to the matter.
