Molly Campbell issue gained national and international media’s attention when she left her mother back in Scotland and fled to Pakistan to her father Sajjad Rana. Her mother accused that Molly’s father kidnapped her. When Interpol started searching her, it was known that she was in Lahore with her father. Molly told the police that she herself decided to settle with her father. But Molly’s mother sued against Sajjad Rana and got permission to meet and phone Molly.In 2009, Molly’s mother again tried to get back her daughter.It is said that Molly has gone back to England with the permission of her father after living four years in Pakistan.
