Ziaullah Afridi announced to file writ petition against KP CM, members of Accountability Commission

PESHAWAR: (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) embittered leader Ziaullah Afridi has on Tuesday announced moving court against Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister Pervaiz Khattak and members of Accountability Commission, reported Dunya News.

The disenchanted leader also demanded apology from PTI chairman Imran Khan for having lied to the nation.  In a press conference in Peshawar, Afridi declared the accountability commission, provincial government and speaker as frauds.

Afridi said that the three officials of accountability commission who had made the case against him and arrested him were appointed illegally. He demanded resignation from chairman of the scrutiny committee for the appointment of DG Abbas Khan, saying that the new DG’s appointment issue had already become controversial.

He said that he’ll file cases against CM in police station, FIA and anti-corruption departments. He added that PTI’s fraud had been exposed and the people of Pakistan will show the party the mirror in 2018 election.
