Legal experts anticipate six possible decisions in the case.

KARACHI (Dunya News) - Rumors are at peak as much hyped Panama Leaks Case inches toward a decisive end whereas litigants are leaving no stone unturned on social media for establishing perception of victory, reported senior anchorperson and analyst Kamran Khan.

Khan said that some major decisions are lingering in air as uncertainty has blanketed country’s political scenario.

Stock market is already feeling shockwaves of Panamagate while duo of Zardari and Bilawal has subjected their appearance in national assembly with verdict in Panama leaks case. Likewise, report of dawn leaks has not been issued yet while amnesty scheme for those who have stashed money abroad is yet to be announced.

It looks like Panamagate has crippled whole public and private sector machinery across country, articulated Khan.

Legal experts anticipate six possible decisions in said case.

First, country’s top court can dismiss petition against the ruling family over insufficient evidence.

Second, Supreme Court (SC) can constitute an independent commission to probe the case.

Third, SC may forward the trial to subordinate court.

Fourth, SC can order Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) or National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to initiate proceedings into Panama leaks case.

Fifth, incumbent Prime Minister (PM) can emerge victorious while a member of Sharif family may be held accountable.

Sixth, SC may order PM to leave seat and face trial.

Renowned legal expert Salman Akram Raja said he has no idea about expected arrival of verdict in Panama leaks case. Raja said apex court had announced to issue comprehensive verdict in this case.

Sheikh Rashid said he would accept any decision in Panama Leaks Case.
