Two-day Pak-UK seminar on 'Sharing Experiences in Stabilization and Peace Efforts' at NDU Islamabad

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa said on Tuesday that the prime objective of Operation Radd-ul-Fasaad was to restore long-term peace and prosperity in the region, reported Dunya News.

The Army Chief was invited at National Defence University where a two days Pak-UK Seminar on "Sharing Experiences in Stabilization and Peace Efforts" was organized at National Defence University (NDU) in Islamabad. He briefed the attendees about Pakistan Army’s operations against terrorism from 2007 till the present Op Radd-ul-Fasaad.

While addressing to the gathering, Gen Bajwa told, “Operation Radd-ul-Fasaad will transform the anti-terrorism success into long-term peace.”

He shed light on Pak Army’s achievements against terrorism from the very start.
