Pak Army will fulfill responsibility of protecting CPEC, says COAS

RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited the headquarters of Special Security Division (SSD) that is responsible for the security of Chinese in China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) and other projects.
COAS let it be known at the occasion that the special security division would ensure the safety of CPEC projects and also the security of Chinese citizens.
He professed that Pak Army would ensure the safety of CPEC and also the workforce.
General Bajwa let it be known at the occasion that they attached great importance to Chinese help in this regard.
