Petition against confiscating Musharraf's property to be heard on March 11
Court will hear the case against confiscating Musharraf's property filed by his wife Sehba Musharraf
ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) – The petition filed by former President Pervez Musharraf’s wife Begum Sehba Musharraf against confiscating his property will be heard by the court on March 11, reported Dunya News.
The high treason case against Musharraf will be heard on March 11. The application against confiscation of his property will also be heard on March 11.
A three-member bench headed by Justice Yahya Afridi will hear the case filed by Sehba Musharraf. A special court had ordered confiscating all Musharraf’s property on July 19, 2016 for not appearing before the court.
