Khawaja Asif returns to Pakistan
Khawaja Asif put an end to all the rumours surrounding his departure to Dubai.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Defence Minister Khawaja Asif on Sunday took to twitter to announce his arrival in Pakistan.
While taking a jab at his opponents, Khawaja Asif put an end to all the rumours surrounding his departure to Dubai.

Numerous speculations were made after Khawaja Asif went to London with his family on Saturday. Rumours were doing rounds that he has fled the country to avoid governments’ action over a security meeting’s leak.
PTI Chief Imran Khan tweeted that Nawaz Sharif’s government was falling apart as one minister, Khawaja Asif has fled to Dubai while another was sacked. The rest of the ministers have started trembling, claimed Khan.
However, the Defence Minister announced that he will return on Sunday. Khawaja Asif said that he left for Dubai along with his family to participate in a wedding ceremony. His tweet came shortly after Information Minister Pervaiz Rashid was sacked.

Later, in another tweet the minister said that he could afford a 24-hour trip to Dubai on a personal visit as the ‘rat’ was holed up in Bani Gala.
