Defence Minister says Imran's claims of 1 million people coming to lock down Islamabad proved hollow
LAHORE: (Web Desk) – Defence Minister Khawaja Asif has on Saturday said that he could afford a 24-hour trip to Dubai on a personal visit as the ‘rat’ was holed up in Bani Gala, reported Dunya News.
In a statement on Twitter, Khawaja Asif termed Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan as a ‘rat’, saying that since the PTI chirf was holed up in Bani Gala and his claims of one million supporters coming to Islamabad had been proven hollow, with the keyboard warriors on the run, he could easily afford a 24-hour trip to Dubai.

Earlier, it was reported that the minister had left for Dubai to attend a wedding and would be back by tomorrow.

Khan has stated on Twitter that Nawaz Sharif’s government was falling apart as one minister, Khawaja Asif has fled to Dubai while another was sacked. The rest of the ministers have started trembling, claimed Khan.
However, the Defence Minister has announced to return tomorrow over the speculation surrounding his departure to Dubai earlier today. Khawaja Asif has said that he left for Dubai along with his family to participate in a wedding ceremony.
