Islamabad: JI stages sit-in against inflation, targeted killing
The workers of Jamaat-e-Islami have started gathering outside the Parliament House to stage a sit-in to press the government to recover the missing persosn and against inflation, Karachi& Balochistan targeted killing and RGST Bill in Islamabad, Dunya News reported on Sunday. Ameer JI Munawwar Hussain gave a call for the sit-in. The sit-in participants include JI secretary general Liaquat Baloch, Fareed Paracha, Sirajul Haq, Dr Aafia Siddquis sister Dr Fauzia and relatives of all the missing persons.Strict security measures have been taken in the capital .to avert any untoward incident. A large number of security personnel has been deployed. All the routes leading to the Parliament House have been sealed, while walk through gates and metal detectors have been installed for inspection.JI workers from Rawalpindi and Peshawar have started going to participate in a sit-in protest.
