Foreign Secretary Aizaz Ahmad Chaudhry handed over the letter to Indian High Commissioner

Islamabad (Dunya News) – Pakistan lodged severe protest over the recent unprovoked LoC firing from the Indian side as Foreign Office on Thursday summoned Indian High Commissioner in Islamabad, reported Dunya News.

In the protest lodged to the Indian High Commissioner Gautam Bambawale, Pakistan raised its serious concerns over the "unprovoked" cross-border firing in which two Pakisatani soldiers embraced martyrdom.

Foreign Secretary Aizaz Ahmad Chaudhry handed over the letter to Indian High Commissioner in which severe protest was lodged over the incident. Here it is also worth-mentioning that India targeted Bhimber, Hotspring, Kel, and Lipa sector yesterday with heavy firing in which two soldiers from Pakistani side embraced martyrdom. Moreover, most of the houses on Pakistan side of the border were also damaged in cross-border firing.

It is not the first time when Indian forces are indulged in the cross-border firing as events of such kinds also occurred in the past as well.
