Judge expresses resentment over not submitting challan against RAW agent
The suspect provided information of sensitive places in Pakistan to Indian authorities.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – A local court judge on Saturday expressed resentment over not presenting final case challan against RAW agent Sadam Hussain.
During hearing, Counter-Terrorism Department’s sub-inspector Jameel Awan was failed to provide case challan after which the judge issued show cause notice to him on the behalf of deputy inspector general CTD.
The court also ordered to submit challan in next hearing.
It is pertinent to mention that Saddam Hussain was apprehended on May 7 from Thatta for providing information and pictures of sensitive places in Pakistan to Indian authorities.
The suspect was also accused of having contacts with RAW.
