Coal power plant project to be completed by December 2017: Punjab CM
The plant will produce 1320 Megawatts of electricity and will be completed by December 2017
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday convened a meeting in Lahore and inspected energy related projects, reported Dunya News.
He said that Sahiwal Coal Power Plant project was completed on extra pace. The plant will produce 1320 Megawatts of electricity and will be completed in assistance with Chinese companies.
He also praised fast completion of the project and said that the very major project accomplished at such a fast pace was parallel to none.
Federal Minister for Water and Power Khawaja Muhammad Asif, Federal Minister for Ports and Shipping Mir Hasil Khan Bazenjo and Chinese delegation attended the meeting.
