Chitral: Principal tortures students in a private school
Police arrested the Principal after news broke out of Dunya News
CHITRAL- (Dunya News) – A school principal in Chitral tortured his students by hitting them with sticks but he was arrested when the video was shown on Dunya News and case was filed against him.
SHO Iqbal Karim told that cases were filed against the principal under the child protection act section 34 and 37. Under these sections he could be jailed for 10 years and could be fined Rs 50,000.
When Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s (KP) education minister Atif Khan was asked about the incident, he said that prinpical appears to have a psychological disorder.
