Punjab Governor signs ordinance to deal with fake number plate makers

Governor has signed the ordinance against the fake maker of number plates.

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Punjab Government on Wednesday has finalized a plan to tackle fake number plates of vehicles.

According to ordinance, strict action would be taken against the owner of suspicious vehicles. No unregistered motorcar can maneuver on the road otherwise, the vehicle should not only be taken into custody, but punishment and fine will also be imposed.

Moreover, users have been given a time period of two to three months to change the number plates.

Meanwhile, governor has also signed the ordinance against the fake makers of number plates.
