CTD arrests 3 banned outfit suspects
The suspects confessed that they had planned to attack government buildings and installations
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) on Tuesday conducted a raid and arrested three members of a banned outfit from Lahore, reported Dunya News.
The arrested suspects include Idrees, Ghulam Dastgir and Tahir Yousaf who had been arrested from Band Road on secret identification. Cash, explosive material, electric circuits and other possessions were recovered from the suspects who belonged to Islamic State (IS).
During initial investigation, the suspects confessed that they had planned to attack government buildings and installations.
