Father kills three in Lahore's Kahna for 'honour'
The honour killing tally has hit four in two months
LAHORE (Dunya News/AFP) – Man has gunned down his daughter and son-in-law among three persons in Kahna’s Abdullah Town, reported Friday.
The criminal was apprehended by the police as they learnt about the news.
The incident has allegedly come as aftermath of Saba’s marriage. She had married a man of her choice through a court last year. She had returned to her home almost two months ago.
Ashraf who works as a security guard killed Saba, Karamat, his son-in-law and a man named Akram last night.
Taking the fresh brutality in account, the tally has hit four in two months.

Earlier this week, what appeared as a rare happening, a mother set her daughter ablaze in Lahore, claiming her life after she returned to the house following marriage of her will.
The officer in charge of the local police station Sheikh Hammad Akhtar said that the husband, 20-year-old Hasan Khan, launched a complaint in the killing against his late bride s mother, Perveen Bibi, who is in police custody.
Hundreds of women are killed in Pakistan each year for so-called "honour", but it is rare to hear of such atrocities being carried out by women.
Last week 19-year-old Maria Sadaqat was tortured then burned alive for refusing a marriage proposal from a school principal s son in hilly Murree.
Before that a young woman was strangled and her body then set ablaze because she helped a friend elope in Muzaffargarh area.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif vowed to eradicate the "evil" of honour killings after a documentary highlighting the issue won an Oscar in February, but no fresh legislation has been tabled since then.
