Two killed in separate train-related mishaps
Bodies have been shifted to nearby hospitals for identification.
FAISALABAD (Dunya News) - At least two people was killed in a collision with moving trains in separate incidents in Faisalabad and Multan today (Sunday).
According to details, a 31-year-old man was dead after colliding with a train in Faisalabad’s Sahianwala area due to lack of railway crossing gates.
The relatives staged protest against the local administration by placing the burning the railway track and demanded to take action in this regard.
The protest also affected Karakoram Express and Pakistan Express.
On the other hand, a woman lost life when she was returning to home after collecting grass for animals and suddenly struck by the Karachi Express train near Piran Ghaib station.
Police personnel stated that the lady died on the spot however, her corpse has been shifted to Nishtar Hospital for identification.
