First anniversary of Dunya News UK celebrated in London

LONDON (Dunya News) – A colourful event was held in London on the completion of one year of Dunya News UK on Sunday and was attended by prominent personalities of Pakistani community.
The occasion was hosted by Hina Malik who presented a detailed introduction of Dunya Media Group in the start.
A video portraying the rise of Dunya News in UK and Europe was shown afterwards which was highly praised by the attendees.
Dunya News Bureau Chief Azhar Javed welcomed the guests whereas Chairman Mian Amer Mahmood’s son Mian Hamza Amer read out the chairman’s message to the people.

He said that Dunya News has gained much accomplishment in UK in a short span of one year. He termed Dunya News as his family and praised the efforts of the team.
Chief National Security Correspondent Wajahat Saeed Khan, acting Pakistani High Commissioner Dr Israr Hussain, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s (PML-N) UK president Zubair Gull, reknowned lawmaker Gull Nawaz, MBE Toaha Qureshi, Chairman of World Congress of Overseas Pakistanis Syed Qamar Raza, Chaudhry Shaukat Ali and other Pakistani descent political leaders addressed the birthday ceremony.

They were of the view that Dunya News has always done balanced reporting and is highly popular among overseas Pakistanis due to its comprehensive network.
British female dancers and local singer Sheeba Khan performed brilliantly in the event and gathered admiration.
