Khuhro said he sympathizes if anyone has died but the "most precious life is Bilawal's"

KARACHI (Dunya News) – In a statement largely being perceived as outrageous by the opposition parties, senior Sindh minister Nisar Khuhro said nothing is more precious to him than his party chairman Bilawal Bhutto, Dunya News reported.

Reacting to the death of Lyari’s infant girl Bisma, Khuhro said he sympathizes if anyone has died but the “most precious life is Bilawal’s”.

He went on to say that Chief Minister was also coming which is why his security is also important.

Other leaders of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) were seen giving objectionable statements. Sindh Minister for Health Jam Mehtab said death is in hands of God and that this was a ‘matter of routine’.

Meanwhile, the statement issued from the Bilawal House blames media for it. The spokesperson said Bisma did not die because of Bilawal’s VIP protocol, adding that the convoy did not even go though the route of the Civil Hospital.

The statement said the media is venting out its anger.

Zardari orders inquiry

Former president and co-chair of PPP, Asif Ali Zardari has ordered an inquiry into the death of the child. He called CM Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah and asked him to conduct an inquiry into the matter.

Afterwards, Shah has decided to visit the family of the victim.

Bilawal announces to lead inquiry

PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto has announced to personally lead the inquiry into the death of the little girl.
