DJ Butt's arrest warrant reissued for not appearing before court
Butt is facing a lawsuit under Article 144 and Amplifier Act during PTI sit-ins in D-Chowk.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Magistrate Waqas Rasheed on Thursday has reissued arrest warrant of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) sit-in facilitator DJ Butt for not deeming appearance before court for case’s hearing.
Despite of the assurances, DJ Butt did not appear before the court for the second time due to which statements could not be recorded.
The court also issued show cause notice to the investigating officer for his absence and adjourned the hearing till September 15.
