Five children injured as mini truck hits school van in Karachi
The mini truck firstly collided with the school van and then later crushed down a passing car.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – A speeding mini poultry truck in Karachi hit a school van on Tipu Sultan road which injured atleast five children, Dunya News reported on Friday.
The mini truck firstly collided with the school van coming from the opposite direction and then later crushed down a passing car wounding the children and killing the hens.
The children were shifted to a private hospital for medical assistance. School van driver said that the vehicle was carrying special children among which one visually impaired girl is in critical condition.
The owner of the damaged car said that driver of mini truck was over speeding and also ran into three other cars.
Truck driver escaped from the scene after the accident however; the conductor was caught by the local people.
