LHC seeks reply from Punjab govt in illegal construction case
Plaintiff's counsel demanded the court to renovate the ground.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Lahore High Court (LHC) on Wednesday has sought reply from Punjab government in 15 days in illegal construction case, Dunya News reported.
As per details, Justice Ejaz-ul-Hassan heard the case during which, plaintiff’s counsel Azhar Siddiq told the court that the government is illegally constructing plaza on Doongi Ground despite court’s order.
He said that Punjab government has made plaza on football and cricket ground which is illicit, therefore, the court should halt the further construction and renovate the ground.
